hi bonnie, the header is a picture of an installation of sculptures on the coast of england. when the tide comes in the figures are submerged and as it leaves they gradually re-emerge. it's beautiful and as you suggest for yourself, many of the images compel me to slow down and move inside them. have a peaceful day. steven
